Use the standard Windows Control Panel to adjust:

Display options - Change sizes and colors of icons, scroll bars, menu text, icons, tool tips and other features. (May need to click on the "Advanced" button).

Mouse settings - Tip: Try selecting "Automatically snap pointer to dialog boxes". It will save mouse movements! Can also adjust the speed of the mouse movement and double click speed and allow the mouse pointer to be sized to normal, large or extra-large in varied color schemes. Adding Mouse Trails may increase the pointer's visibility. ClickLock allows highlight or drag without holding the mouse button.
